Made A Promise Rescue
Meet and Greet
Made a Promise Rescue will be hosting a Meet and Greet in the outdoor space at Tammi Sue's on Saturday, April 18 from noon to 2 pm.
Made a Promise Resuce exists to care for dogs without homes and guide them toward the right forever family. They believe in intentional matches, thoughtful placement, and honoring the promise they made to advocate for dogs who deserve the right home, not just any home!
A Promise Made,

Upcycled Tie Class
Create an OOAK (one of a kind) upcycled fashion statement with Artful Threads. Sheryl and Valerie will walk you through how to use men's ties to create a neckpiece adorned with various jewelry elements. A selection of men's silk ties and jewelry will be provided to add a little flirt and flair (you can bring any of your own material as well if you like--if you have some sentimental effects). Necklaces, beads, pearls, pins, brooches, earrings and misc jewelry pieces will be used to adorn. Join us for a fun afternoon of crafting!​​

Darling name tags were created while enjoying specially baked treats! Definitely a fun filled evening with great creativity.

FUN is an understatement for our FIRST partnership with The Hudson Room for painting and wine. LeeAnee's group produced AMAZING works of art!

Beginner's Cricut #2
Jess led this great group through navigating their cutting machines (a variety of brands and models). Everyone left learning something new and Jess's patience, knowledge and kindness are unmatched!
Yum! Heather lead these participants through selection of items, placement, folding, cutting and enjoying!

This group had a FUN time charcutering (is that a word HA) with Heather. They are convincing her to offer a dessert charcuterie board class. Stay tuned!

Carrie rocked her first class with these amazing participants who created unique Warm Winter Wishes Boards on a Wintry Day to kick off the Chief's game

WOW, cheese bunny ears, fancy cutting, folding and edible Easter grass! This groups made some amazing Easter Charcuterie Boards under the guidance of Heather, OnBoard Charcuterie!

Wellington 4-H learned about succulents from Jerri and got to take home a great planter!

Kelly led a fun tea and jewelry party. Amazing necklaces were made by all; so FUN!

This group always has fun painting with Lee Anne! They created fun pots for Mother's Day! Love it.

These ladies made candles that smell amazing! Jeannette shared all her wonderful soy based candle hints and the containers were super cute!!

So creative! Fun charcuterie boards were made by all and everyone left with a bouquet of flowers. Heather is great to share tips for rolling, cutting and placing!

Jerri shared her succulent expertise and these ladies created fantastic succulent planters. Fun was had by all!





Family Baby Shower Craft Night and Celebration
What a great village I have the privilege of being a part of! Sidney rocked a wonderful start with Friday night craft night along with Tara's gorgeous cookies!
Then, Heather and Jerri nailed it with additions to the baby shower celebration on Saturday.

Mason Jar Succuluent Class
Super cute succulents were created at this fun Friday night class with Jerri's Little Succulent Shop! Always a good time to see everyone learn and have a great time.

Mary kicked off our fall classes with a fun evening creating Halloween Candlesticks. These ladies rocked it and enjoyed crafting!

What a FUN Saturday morning with Jerri. She shared her tips and assisted in this group in creating these uniquely AMAZING succulent terrariums. Everyone did a fantastic job.

I am absolutely amazed at the creativity and talent of all of the carvers! This is always a FUN class. Thank you to Jane for serving as judge.

Children's Ceramic Painting
Siena, a FOHS student, paints and provides ceramic pieces in Tammi Sue's. She held a painting class for younger participants. She did a great job and they had a wonderful time painting Christmas ceramics.

Holiday Community Workshop
Fort Osage High School Student Council provided hot chocolate, games and snacks for elementary students. Then, they brought their lists to shop for family and friends. Tammi Sue's wonderful local makers had specially made items at super reasonable prices. It was a fun two evenings of community partnership!

Crafting with Carrie was a great way to begin our Saturday! Look at these awesome bunny wreaths that were created.

Buckner Elementary Teacher Craft Day
Stecker Designs had great crafting fun with these amazing teachers! classroom signs and Bobcat pencil holders were completed in fantastic fashions!

Fall Candlemaking
Oh, the amazing smells! These ladies created their own soy-based candles in fun Fall containers. I FAILED in getting work in progress pictures (7 participants); but we do have some candle pick up pictures. Jeannette taught each of them about appropriate candle burining and candle facts.

Once Upon a Time Festival in the Valley 2024
A funfilled 2 days of vendors, food trucks, parade, bands and activities. It was a special honor to be named Business of the Year! Thank you for supporting Buckner and for all the hard work the Festival committee did to make a wonderful weekend for all of us.



Fall Succulent Workshop
Jerri shared tips and trick for succulent care as this group created amazing succulent arrangements! Fun was had by all and we cannot wait until the next class!




Ghoul's Night Out
Spooktacular FUN was had by all at historic downtown Buckner's Ghoul's Night Out! Drink and food specials, shopping, bedazzling of shackets/trucker hats/beanies, tarot card and palm reading, psychic, chair massages and much much more!




Paint and Sip
Black Farmer Jane had a fantastic turnout for her painting class. Thise ladies rocked it! LaTrice also shared her homemade wine while offering painting tips!



Sacred Bead Jewelry Making
LaTrice and Josh taught these amazing participants how to make bracelets as well as wrap sacred bead necklaces. The final products were gorgeous!



Succulent Soiree
LaTrice shared her insight into succulent planting, maintenance and growth. It was a fun evening in the air conditioning on a warm night!


Watercolor Flower Painting
Wow, just WOW. These ladies learned so many watercolor painting techniques from LeeAnne. Their works were amazing. What a fun afternoon!
