Join Krystall and Buckner Goats
for a half hour of Goat Yoga!
This is a great way to leave the rest of the world outside the gate for a little while and enjoy being outside and connecting with these wonderful animals and each other.
Research has shown that spending time with animals can reduce stress levels, , and even alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety.
